Are You Part of a Cover Up?

When we look at other people, we observe their energy level, personality, attractiveness, skin, hair, nails, smile, weight, and muscle tone.  We tend to make assumptions about these observations that can be erroneous from a health point of view.

This is true for some athletes.  We believe that just because a person exercises and looks like they belong on the cover of a muscle magazine, that they are healthy.  The truth is that a person who is over exercising without proper nutritional replacement wears out his/her body.  Many runners and tri-athletes have died at a young age having failed to replace essential nutrients depleted from their bodies.

Hollywood and the media send us a less than subtle message telling us to always look our best, even to the point of covering up symptoms of poor health.  So we cover up our tired, worn out, overweight bodies with beautiful clothing and jewelry.  We tan our skin to the point that some day, it will attain the look of leather.  We inject our face with toxins to hide our well-earned wrinkles.  We endure plastic surgery in an attempt to recapture our lost youth.  We wear makeup and wigs; we use hair dye and hair plugs, all the while ignoring the signposts of serious health problems.  And not only do we fool other people with our cover-ups, we fool ourselves as well.

So what are you covering up?
A health practitioner has to look beyond first observations because people can cover up signs of poor health by covering up the obvious clues.  There are many ways to take a closer look at a person´s level of health.  One that is painless and completely safe is Iridology.

The science and art of Iridology traces its origins back thousands of years.  As physicians of the day made their initial contact with patients, the eyes were one of the first areas they would observe and study.  Over time, the science of Iridology has advanced greatly in countries such as Germany, Sweden, and Russia, and is enjoying a steady rise in popularity in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and England.

A trained Iridologist can look at the eye and observe the signs of imbalances in the body years before they become health challenges; and with proper attention these imbalances can usually be corrected.  Not only is it safe and painless, the information can typically be collected for less than $50.

Once we make the recommended changes to return our bodies to a state of balance, our skin will look healthier and younger.  Our hair will look healthier.  We will reduce swelling from allergies and improper nutritional intake.  Our brain, muscles, glands, organs, and tissues can get what they need to begin working properly.  And it can all be done in a natural way without risk of hurting the body.
