Chakra Balancing - Chakra in eastern philosophy which means "wheel of light". There are 7 main chakras in the body located;

  • 1) - Root chakra (at the base of the spine)
  • 2) - Below the navel
  • 3) - Solarplex
  • 4) - Heart
  • 5) - Throat
  • 6) - Third eye (middle of the forehead above eyebrow)
  • 7) - Crown (top of head)

Different chakras affect different glands and organs of the body (and are also connected into different emotions such as: fear, anger, guilt). Blockage or the chakra can be caused by physical, emotional or other imbalances.
