Stress Therapy

Stress Therapy can include but is not limited to relaxation techniques that will help people find better choices as they encounter stress throughout the day.  Relaxation techniques have been shown to help people lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system and create a general feeling of well-being.  Whenever the physical body is stressed the emotions are affected.  When the emotions are high the physical body responds.  The emotions and the body work hand in hand one being a reflection of the other.  Stretching techniques can be utilized to balance the body creating a better sense of well being allowing the body and the mind to become more flexible.

We are what we think.  When we have a good attitude our physical body reflects that and other people notice it on an unconscious level responding to us in a positive way.  Stress therapy can help us make better choices when in family situations or at work.  Creating a positive attitude allowing us to move through difficult situations in a new way that will bring us the experiences we desire in life instead of attractive the things we say we don't prefer.  Relaxation Massage and other energy balancing techniques can be integrated into your program.
